The Delivery is limited to Kirov city borders. It execute during 2 days after your 100% payment in time according with gift receiver. You self can set the time of delivery (with ±1 hour precision), but not early than 2 days after your payment. Thus If your made mistakes with address (type error, receiver changed the address) or time (receiver is out of home), or in case the addressee has reject your gifts - despite of it, order is considered as completed. It is possible repeated delivery of the paid gifts (except flowers), but only after payment for repeated carrying .
In case of absense of the chosen gifts by your desire:
1) order is cancelled, you get your money;
2) order is executed without the absence gift, its cost come back to you;
3) the absense gift is replaced equivalent
You can cancel your order only if we haven't incurred any expenses for its perfomance, your money will come back to you except money transfer cost deduction.
